WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Winston-Salem Police Department responded to a shooting at a hotel on Saturday morning.
Police said the shooting happened at the Days Inn on Germanton Road around 4:30 a.m.
There is no information yet about if anyone was injured in the shooting.
