WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Police need help identifying a suspect who smashed the windows of an ABC store in Winston-Salem and stole several bottles of liquor.
It happened shortly after 11 p.m. on New Year's Eve at the ABC store on Northwest Blvd.
Crime Stoppers said the suspect pulled the bars off the window and then broke through the window and door with a claw hammer.
Police said the suspect left with a backpack carrying four bottles of Hennessy Cognac and two boxes of Patron Silver Tequila.
Crime Stoppers shared a surveillance image showing the suspect wearing a mask and dark clothing.
