FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — An accused stalker caught hiding underneath a woman's car is facing additional charges, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.

A woman reported that Trevor Antonia Lewis, 24, allegedly exposed himself in the parking lot of Walmart on Kester Mill Road. She said she left the area and was followed home by Lewis.

Another woman reported she was followed home by Lewis late at night from her workplace, where he allegedly followed her up the front steps of her home while holding a phone camera directed at her.

After an investigation, police said Lewis is now facing these additional charges:

  • Felonious Indecent Exposure
  • Misdemeanor Indecent Exposure
  • Misdemeanor Stalking
  • Felonious Stalking
  • Secret Peeping Underneath or Through Clothing

On Nov. 19, deputies said they received a report about a suspicious person on Kenbridge Drive in Clemmons. Investigators later identified Lewis as the person found under a car.

After an investigation, deputies said Lewis followed a woman home from the Walmart on Kester Mill Road in Winston-Salem.

On Nov. 20, deputies said they issued warrants for his arrest.

The sheriff's office said since the arrest, more women have come forward saying they were victims of the same stalker. All women say the suspect claims he lost his dog.

The sheriff's office said from 2019-2023 Lewis has been arrested on several stalking charges and a sexual battery charge by different women.

Lewis was arrested and is behind bars without bond due to committing this offense while out on pretrial release for previous stalking charges.
