FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — Two students have been charged for making threats of mass violence against two Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.
One student was charged with one count of Communicating Threats of Mass Violence on School Property against Northwest Middle School.
Another student was charged with two counts of Communicating Threats of Mass Violence on School Property against Flat Rock Middle School.
Deputies said parents of both schools have been notified of the incident by the district.
