RURAL HALL, N.C. — A juvenile was shot multiple times on Woodbriar Path in Rural Hall on Saturday, March 16, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.
At around 1:40 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 800 block of Woodbriar Path when a nearby deputy heard gunshots.
A juvenile was found lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds, according to deputies.
The juvenile was taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Deputies said the incident was not random and there is no danger to the public.
The investigation is ongoing.
