Man arrested pointing gun at driver in road rage incident in Clemmons, police say

CLEMMONS, N.C. — The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on Aug. 6 for allegedly pointing a gun at a driver in a road rage incident.

Deputies said the suspect was involved in the road rage incident on the afternoon of Aug. 3, during which he allegedly brandished a firearm and pointed it at another individual. 

Rodel Regis Noya Jr, 42, was apprehended without incident and faces multiple charges: Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill, Assault by Pointing a Gun and Going Armed to the Terror of the People.

Noya is currently held without bond at the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center.
