Woman in custody after Greensboro police serve warrant on Fisher Street

Police said the woman is suspected in a robbery from a couple weeks ago.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police said a woman is in custody after officers tried serving her warrants on Friday. 

Officers could be seen at the apartment on Fisher Street near Magnolia Street in the morning. They said they were there to serve a warrant to a woman suspected in a robbery a couple weeks ago. 

They warned people in the area to stay away because she was armed. 

Police said the woman is now in custody and officers have left the scene.
