WASHINGTON, D.C., USA — The FBI said a court found a Pilot Mountain man guilty in the U.S. Capitol Breach on Wednesday.
Christopher Raphael Spencer, 43, was convicted of felony obstruction of an official proceeding as well as several other misdemeanor charges related to the January 6, 2021 insurrection.
Sentencing will come at a later date.
The FBI arrested Spencer and his wife, Virginia, one month after the Capitol riots.
Previously, Virginia Spencer was sentenced to 90 days in prison for her role in the matter.
