FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — A Winston-Salem man was arrested for the murder of a Pfafftown man on Sept. 15, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies were called to a home on the 2700 block of Kecoughtan Road in reference to an assault.
When they arrived, deputies said they found Brian Kermit Bare, 55, dead on the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.
Omar Moore Lozado, 46, was arrested by deputies.
Lozado has been charged with one count of Felony Murder, one count Second Degree Kidnapping, one count of Discharge of a Weapon into Occupied Property, and one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
He is being held without bond.
