DAVIE COUNTY, N.C. — Deputies are looking for a suspect vehicle tied to a shooting on Highway 158 that left a man dead and a teen injured in Davie County.

The Davie County Sheriff's Office said they're investigating a murder that happened on Highway 158 around 8:30 p.m. Sunday near the Forsyth County line. Deputies said the incident started at the Truist Sports Park when a red/burgundy Dodge Charger followed the victims out of the complex. The victims were in a white Dodge Charger.

Investigators with the Davie County Sheriff's Office are looking for witnesses who may have information about the vehicles or people involved while they were in the soccer park.

The white Charger, the victim's vehicle, had four passengers: two men and two women.

The red/burgundy Dodge Charger had the driver’s side rear window covered with what appeared to be a trash bag. It also had a spoiler on the rear trunk.

Two people were shot in the white charger as it traveled on Highway 158 towards Forsyth County just after exiting the soccer park.

The driver died at the scene.  Deputies said he has been identified as 26-year-old Antelmo Bryan Salinas Martinez, of Winston Salem.

The second victim was a 17-year-old girl. She was treated for a gunshot wound and released early Monday morning, according to deputies.

The youth soccer club NC Fusion said it will have extra officers at Truist Sports Park through the rest of the week out of precaution.
