GREENSBORO, N.C. -- The body of a woman reported missing in Greensboro has been identified.
Greensboro Police said the body discovered on the side of Highway 421 in Forsyth County is that of Cree Asia Smith.
The woman was reported missing on July 12. Her body was discovered last week on the highway between Lewisville and the Yadkin County line.
Smith’s boyfriend, Desmond Laquan Pendergrass, 25, was charged on September 1 with Murder.
