HIGH POINT, N.C. — High Point police arrested and charged Marcus Dilworth, 41, with first degree-murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.
He is currently in the Guilford County Jail with no bond.
Police found Terrance Parms, 32, dead with a gunshot wound on Garden Club Street in High Point Monday.
Investigators said the shooting happened after 1 p.m.
This investigation is ongoing.
