LEXINGTON, N.C. — A man was arrested Sunday night in connection to two robberies in Lexington, police say.
Officers were dispatched to CK Hop In & Out on South Talbert Boulevard about a robbery in progress. A man entered the store, threatened to use his gun, and left the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
Officers found 33-year-old Terry Antonio White, who was matching the suspect's description in the area, and he ran away from police.
White was arrested on Hoover Drive near Carolina Avenue.
Throughout the investigation, White was also linked to a robbery of the CVS on East Center Street. The incident happened on Saturday, Nov. 30 just before 8:30 p.m.
White threatened the use of his gun, moved an employee from one place to another, and left the store with an undisclosed amount of money. He was also wanted on a probation violation by the US Marshal's Office.
White faces multiple charges including two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and second-degree kidnapping.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
