HIGH POINT, N.C. — Two men have been shot and one of them is dead after a shooting in High Point.
A large police presence could be seen Saturday out at the Marathon gas station/Kelly Convenience Store on Eastchester Drive.
The shooting happened near the intersection of North Centennial Street and North University Parkway. Police said the men drove to the Marathon gas station.
Police found the two men shot after they arrived at the scene. Both men were taken to the hospital.
WFMY News 2 crews could see close to 10 patrol cars and caution tape outside the store on the corner of Eastchester Drive and Lassiter Drive.
