High Point Murder Suspect Arrested By US Marshals in SC

High Point Police say US Marshals arrested a man wanted for murder in York, South Carolina on Friday. 

Police say Corderrel Latrice McCoy, 28, is being held in the York County Jail under no bond.

McCoy is accused of killing Tanique Shaque Allen, 28.

Police say they received information of an alleged assault on Allen on February 19, but no one could find him. 

Allen was listed as a missing person in a statewide database. His body was later found in High Point. Police say he'd been shot. 

Police identified McCoy as the murder suspect a week later.
