Shots fired near Bon-Bon Wings and Grill in Greensboro; 2 suspects detained, police say

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Two suspects were detained after shots fired near a restaurant in Greensboro Sunday, police said.

The Greensboro Police Department said they received a call around 7:20 p.m. about gunfire on Groometown Road near Bon-Bon Wings and Grill. When officers arrived on the scene, they found out a car was involved in this gunfire.

No injuries were reported in the restaurant or surrounding areas.

Investigators said they later detained two suspects for interviewing.

This investigation is ongoing.
