RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — A former Randolph County Sheriff's Office deputy has been arrested once again on child sex charges.
Randolph County Sheriff's Office says Wayne Garner was arrested on March 14 on three counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor after an investigation by the SBI.
SBI started investigating Garner back in January after deputies arrested him for Felony Second Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
Garner was placed in Randolph County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond for his latest charges. Deputies say he's been released after posting bail.
