Wednesday's warrants issued to Maria Kidd, 53, were for Insurance Fraud and Insurance Application Fraud. She was placed on a $50,000 secured bond.

Kidd previously was charged with involuntary manslaughter and felony child abuse.

Detectives say the house was a "hoarding situation" with no clear paths inside the home. Investigators say the living conditions posed an injury risk to the child and the clutter inside helped the fire spread.

Firefighters found the boy at the home on the 1600 block of CC Camp Road on Jan. 27.
