EDEN, N.C. — The Eden Police Department is urgently seeking the public's help on identifying a bank robbery suspect.
A Truist Bank on South Van Buren Road was robbed on Friday, May 31, according to police.
Officers said the suspect entered the bank, brandished a handgun at the clerk and demanded money.
The man left the scene after the robbery with an undisclosed amount of money. His direction of travel is unknown.
Luckily, no one was injured.
The suspect is described to be a man under 6 ft. tall. He was last seen wearing a green long-sleeved shirt, pajama-style pants and sunglasses.
