FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — Three Triad men were arrested and charged with child sex crimes as a result of multiple investigations.

According to a release, members of the Invictus Task Force, an arm of law enforcement used to catch online child predators, executed search warrants for the men after receiving cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

As a result, Jadyn Patterson, 19, was charged on June 28 with two counts of Second Degree Exploitation of a Minor. He was taken to the Forsyth County Detention Center and issued a $50,000 secured bond.

The Task Force got a cyber tip on July 23 from the NCMEC and issued an investigation into Kenneth Cage Holloway, 29. When the investigation concluded, Holloway was charged with 10 counts of 2nd Degree Exploitation of a minor.

He was taken to the Forsyth County Detention Center where he's currently being held on a $350,000 unsecured bond.

The Task Force executed an undercover operation between July 17 and Aug. 13. After the investigation, James Forrest Scruggs, 55, was charged with Felony Solicitation of a Child by a Computer. He was also taken to the Forsyth County Detention Center where he's being held on a $25,000 secured bond.

Anyone with further information about these cases is asked to contact the Invictus Task Force.
