BURLINGTON, N.C. — Three people were arrested in connection to an assault with firearms in Burlington at 9:13 p.m. on Oct. 30, according to the Burlington Police Department.
Officers said they responded to the 2000 block of South Mebane Street. Once they arrived, they said they determined an assault involving multiple juveniles and adults, some of which were armed, had occurred there.
Firearms and 41 grams of drugs were found on the scene, police said.
Officers arrested Yanessa Quanec Dudley, 36, on four assault charges, three contributing to the delinquency of juvenile charges, a drugs charge and a weapons charge. She is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Damari Lashaun Crump, 18, was arrested on three contributing to the delinquency of juvenile charges, one weapons charge and one assault charge. He is being held on a $1,500 bond.
Police also arrested a juvenile.
