ASHEBORO, N.C. — The Asheboro Police Department is actively working a gunshot assault scene, according to the department's Facebook page.
Officers responded to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive on Tuesday and are being assisted by the Randolph County Sheriff's Office, the Ahseboro Fire Department and Randolph County Emergency Services.
