ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. — Three people are facing charges after a drug bust in Elon.
The Alamance Narcotics Enforcement Team (ANET) said that based on information provided by the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office they were able to pursue leads and establish probable cause for a search warrant.
Wednesday, ANET executed a search warrant for a home on the 300 block of Trinity Court.
Investigators said over 30 pounds of marijuana, multiple handguns, bulk currency, and drug paraphernalia were seized.
Three men were arrested.
Wesley Jordan Lotharp, 26, from Greensboro was charged with two counts of trafficking marijuana, two counts of possession of firearm by felon, possession of stolen firearm, maintain a dwelling for sale of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dorset Arthur Creese, 27, from High Point was charged with two counts of trafficking marijuana, possession of stolen firearm, maintain a dwelling for sale of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jasoni Cortz Guyton, 25, from Greensboro was charged with two counts of trafficking marijuana, possession of stolen firearm, maintain a dwelling for sale of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The men were taken to the Alamance County Detention Center and received no bond.
