2 charged with murder in Winston-Salem, police say

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Police said two people are charged with murder in Winston-Salem.

Winston-Salem police found John Wesley Ingram, 28, dead from gunshot wounds on June 20 after a shooting on South Sunset Drive. 

Officers said they arrested and charged Jaykora Tashon Hart with felony Conspiracy to Commit Murder and felony General Murder on July 12.

Police said Jaykora Tashon Hart appeared before the Magistrate where she received no bond allowed. She is currently being held in the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center.

Investigators said the Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) and the United States Marshals Service (USMS) arrested Jaykwon Ray Hart, 27 Wednesday.

Jaykwon Ray Hart was charged with felony Firearm by Felon and felony General Murder.

He appeared before a Magistrate where he received no bond allowed.

Jaykwon Ray Hart is being held in the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
