LEXINGTON, N.C. — A fourth teen has been charged in connection to the social media threats in Lexington, police say.
Officers have identified and charged a 15-year-old Lexington Senior High School student for two other incidents where threats were made.
The student was charged with two counts of felony communicating a threat of mass violence on educational property related to threats made towards Lexington Senior High School on Oct. 3 and 5.
Six separate threats of violence happened at Lexington Senior High and Middle Schools earlier this month.
