HIGH POINT, N.C. — A 1-year-old girl was shot and killed in High Point Sunday morning, according to police.
Officers said the shooting happened on around 11:40 a.m. where they found the toddler dead from a gunshot wound on the 1800 block of Abberton Way.
Everyone involved has been identified and there is no threat to the community, police say.
This investigation is ongoing.
