Coeur D'Alene, ID -- Court papers indicate an eight-year-old girl who had been missing since May with her nine-year-old brother has told authorities that they were repeatedly molested. Shasta Groene was found Saturday with registered sex offender Joseph Duncan. Today he was charged with kidnapping two children with the intent of committing sexual acts or causing serious injury. Duncan was ordered by an Idaho magistrate to be held without bail. Wearing a yellow jumpsuit, Duncan said little during a brief court appearance, other than to acknowledge that he understood the charges and to ask if he could consult with his public defender. The two children had been missing since May 16th, when the bodies of their mother, older brother and mother's boyfriend were found at their rural home. Authorities have said they think the boy, Dylan Groene is dead.
