WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — 'Rock out the Quarry' is returning to Winston-Salem on Friday.
The free pre-Fourth of July festival is being held at The Quarry at Grant Park from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. There will be fireworks, food trucks, and live music.
The park and shuttle service will begin at 5 p.m. The last shuttle into the park leaves at 8:30 p.m. Free park-and-ride-shuttles will run from Bowman Gray Stadium on S. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
There will be no event parking at the park.
Music will be provided by the Phase Band and DJ Tony Tone and more than 20 food trucks are signed up to participate.
It is recommended for attendees to bring lawn chairs or blankets.
