UPDATE: The City of Greensboro has canceled the Fun Fourth Fireworks for this evening due to inclement weather.
GREENSBORO, N.C. -- If you didn't partly like it was 1776 you missed out on all the red, white and blue fun anyone could have on America's birthday!
The WFMY News 2 crew once again had lots of fun meeting and taking photos with the crowd at the Greensboro Fun Fourth Festival.

The Fun Fourth Festival kicked off on Tuesday with the Freedom Run and the American Block Party. But the fun only continues from here on out! On Wednesday, July 4, take part in the largest 4th of July Festival in North Carolina with the Street Festival. After that, it’s all about the fireworks!
Make sure you look for and stop by the WFMY News 2 tent that will be located at the Street Festival on July 4!

When: 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Where: Downtown Greensboro
What: Five areas filled with live performances, vendors, interactive games, and connection with the community.

Patriot Fireworks Concert
When: Fireworks at 9:00 p.m.
Where: Davie Street & Market Street Parking Lot
What: Fireworks plus Patriot Concert with the Philharmonia of Greensboro.
