Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are investigating whether a cab driver's murder last weekend is related to the murder of another cab driver last week. Police found Emanuel Ramos dead inside his cab on Central Avenue Saturday morning. Ramos worked for International Cab Company. Investigators want to know if the murder is connected to Wednesday night's shooting of a cab driver on West Boulevard. Robert William Kirk was shot just before midnight last Wednesday. It was his first night on the job for Charlotte Checker.
