GREENSBORO, NC (WFMY) -- Independence Day is right around the corner, and that means volunteers are needed for Greensboro’s annual Fun Fourth Festival!
By lending a helping hand as a volunteer, you can earn community service hours, make new friends, and serve the community while having a good time!
The family-friendly event is expected to attract over 80,000 people and will need over 200 volunteers to help it run smoothly.
Volunteer roles include everything from manning information booths, helping in children’s activity areas, set-up and breakdown, assisting food and craft vendors and more.
Most roles available are for ages 16 and up.
