GREENSBORO, N.C. - The nation's largest retail network of outdoor specialty stores for hunting, fishing and camping is going out of business closing every store including two in the Triad.
Gander announced on its website today that after 57 years all 126 locations are going out of business.
In the Triad there is a store at 1950 S Stratford Road in Winston-Salem and one at 2223 Vanstory Street in Greensboro.
This comes after the company filed bankruptcy back in March.
Gift cards at the stores will be accepted until May 18, but all sales are final.
