GREENSBORO, N.C. — A downtown Greensboro restaurant will close for more than two months while repairs are made to the building's foundation.

Pier Oyster Bar & Grille, which opened in 2017 at 214 S. Elm St., will close until May 15, owner Rocco Scarfone told Triad Business Journal on Sunday night.

The building is owned by Furman Capital Advisors, a division of NAI Earle Furman, which merged with NAI Piedmont Triad in 2017.
