GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — Twelve Triad homes sold for a million or more dollars in the third quarter, bringing the total for the year to 43. That's from Jan. 1 to Sept. 30 in the counties Triad Business Journal tracks on our public records "Leads" pages – Alamance, Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford and Randolph counties.
To give that some perspective, there were 44 million-dollar homes sold in those counties in all of 2018.
So far this year, all but one of the 43 million dollar sales were in Forsyth and Guilford counties – with the outlier in Alamance County.
