Fresh off the completion of a seven-year, $30 million construction project of a 340-seat performing arts theater earlier this year, a Greensboro senior living center now has its sights set on 2022.
Already home to 425 residents between its independent living and assisted-living options, Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community will add 24 “hybrid” apartments in a new complex dubbed “Wildflower Square.”
Teague, Freyaldenhoven & Freyaldenhoven Architects and Planners Inc., of Greensboro, is on board as the designer.
