BURLINGTON, N.C. — A former Babies "R" Us store in the Triad is under renovation, and a familiar tenant is expected to open there in May.
The 44,554-square-foot Greensboro store at 1214 Bridford Parkway, next to Target in the Wendover Place shopping center, has been leased by Burlington (Coat Factory), which will open its second store in the city.
TDS Construction of Bradenton, Florida, a national general contractor specializing in retail, estimated the cost of renovations at $1.78 million in filing for a building permit.
