Burlington firm accused of hacking in lottery gaming lawsuit fires back

BURLINGTON, N.C. — A Burlington gaming company is firing back against a North Carolina competitor that had accused it of hacking its system and pirating its technology for resale.

Greenville-based Grover Gaming and Banilla Games filed suit against Burlington-based TNT Amusements last year, claiming TNT is offering a “hacked” version of game products.

But in an answer filed Dec. 31 by attorney Ryan Luft, TNT flatly rejects claims of wrongdoing.
