The new Hyatt Place in downtown Greensboro opens in March.
The hotel is part of a bigger development by Roy Carroll, which includes a new apartment complex.
It's right across the street from first national bank field where the Grasshoppers play.
The first date to book a room is March 14.
No word on when the apartments will open.
