GREENSBORO, N.C. (WFMY) – Bo fans, do not despair Bojangles’ has confirmed with WFMY News 2 it will be keeping the Cheddar Bo Biscuit and that’s not all but for certain locations in North Carolina.
The Tands’ franchise which owns more than 50 Bojangles’ in eastern North Carolina announced it will be keeping the following menu items including Cheddar Bo Biscuits, Smoked Sausage Biscuits, and BBQ Sandwiches!
The company said in their email “no changes will be made to their menu.”
Earlier this week Bojangles’ announced the closing of 10 underperforming restaurants and that it would be getting rid of some menu items with sluggish sales.
Bojangles' fans who live in the Tar Heel state can keep calm and continue to enjoy 'Bo Time'!
The restaurant released this statement and list of closed restaurants to WFMY News 2 late Monday:
On August 12 Bojangles’ closed ten underperforming company-operated restaurants outside of the Carolinas. There are no restaurants scheduled to be closed in the Carolinas. Bojangles’ has 760 system-wide restaurants, and fans are encouraged to visit one of our other nearby restaurant locations in those markets.
The restaurants that were closed are located in:
• Alabama
• Kentucky
• Tennessee
• Virginia
