HIGH POINT, N.C. — Dump Truck body manufacturer Ox Bodies Inc. is set to open an operation in High Point at 2100 East Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, a central East Coast expansion that will result in creating at least 40 jobs.
The company has signed a lease for 45,000 square feet of space in the 218,570-square-foot, multi-tenant facility, where it will paint dump truck bodies; install those bodies on client-provided chassis; and provide parts, service and installation of other commercial truck accessories. The company will also have mobile service capability.
Operations are expected to begin in October in the former Hatteras Yachts building.
