Spicy Cajun Chicken Sub:

The Spicy Cajun Chicken is made with a hearty serving of Cajun-seasoned grilled chicken breast with zesty cherry peppers, melted Pepper Jack cheese, lettuce, onions, deli mustard, and house-made Cajun mayo.

  • Season chicken breast with Cajun spice blend
  • Top seasoned chicken with cherry peppers and Pepper Jack cheese
  • Steam them together for 2:45
  • Top toasted sub roll with house-made Cajun mayo, shredded lettuce, onion slices and deli mustard
  • Add steamed chicken, cherry peppers and Pepper Jack cheese
  • Serve steaming hot with a Kosher dill pickle spear on the side

The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket is made with USDA Choice beef brisket smoked for up to 16 hours, melted cheddar cheese, mayo and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce. 

  • Thinly slice smoked, USDA Choice beef brisket
  • Top with cheddar cheese
  • Steam together for 2:45
  • Top toasted sub roll with mayo and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
  • Serve steaming hot with a Kosher dill pickle spear on the sid
