Molletes de Chorizo

1 bolillo (Mexican Bread)

Refried beans

Pico de Gallo

Queso manchego

Chorizo (cooked)

procedure

cut bolillo in half (transversal) add some butter and grilled face down over a pan medium hot

when bolillo get golden color add some refried beans and chorizo cover with manchego cheese and baked for 2-3 minutes just until cheese gets melt; topped with some pico de gallo.

Tostadas de carne deshebrada (shredded beef)

½ pound brisket (shredded beef cooked with onions, peppers, pinch of salt, pepper cumin)

3 Tostadas (corn crispy tortillas)

Refried beans

Shredded lettuce

Sour cream

Tomatoes in cubes

Queso fresco (Mexican cheese)

Procedure

Add refried beans to the tostada add some lettuce then warm shredded beef cover with grated cheese, sour cream and tomatoes
