Quiche Lorraine
Serve warm or chilled for appetizer or entrée
1 Puff pastry sheet
1 Quart heavy cream
6 Eggs
White Pepper- to taste
Salt- to taste
Nutmeg
3 Slices Bacon- cooked
1 C Gruyere cheese- grated
Beat eggs and cream, white pepper, salt.
Grate nutmeg 10 times.
Put puff pastry sheet into greased pan,
add selected fillings, and cover with custard mixture.
Cook at 300 for 30-45 minutes.
