WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Weeks after more than 100 animals were rescued from a High Point home, dozens are now up for adoption.
Several rescue groups took in 114 dogs and cats from a house on Prospect Street over several days in May.
They said the animals were found in poor condition. Rescue groups called this a hoarding case.
High Point Police continue to investigate. No arrests have been made.
Most of the animals are being fostered outside of the Triad, but the Animal Care Foundation in Winston-Salem has nine up for adoption, including seven puppies.
Take a look!
Meet Addie, Allie, Archie, Auggie, Alphie, Alvie, and their Mom, Annie. They will be ready for adoption the week of June 17.
