RANDLEMAN, NC -- Operation North State's Lake Fishin' Festival is back at Randleman Lake Tuesday for the third year, and nearly 70 North Carolina wounded and disabled veterans got to fish for free.

The Heart of North Carolina Visitors Bureau and the Petty Family Foundation sponsor the tournament. The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission has provided fishing licenses. Local fishermen, many of whom are veterans, have leant their boats and companionship for the tournament.
