GREENSBORO, N.C. — Its the story of one non-profit helping other non-profits but in a most unusual way.
Future Fund of Greensboro is only in their second year of this competition but already the word has spread and non-profits are lining up to be considered. The competition usually is live and streamed on Future Fund's Facebook page but this year they had to go "virtual". All contestants get a 3 minutes and 15 seconds to make the viewers believe that they're the ones who deserve the grant money. All contestants recorded their pitches from their homes while the hosts run the show remotely as well. The best part about this is that the people who watch the Facebook live on April 21st get to vote to choose the winner!
