SUMMERFIELD, N.C. — Sheltering in place can be difficult for parents but for the little ones it can be just as hard since they can't see their friends. Play dates are impossible for elementary school aged kids because at that age its very difficult to keep them from touching one another. But Facebook Messenger for Kids may be the answer.
Kids can video chat as a group as well as play games together or place Snapchat style emojis on their faces. It gives them a piece of that socialization that they are desperate for right now.
