GREENSBORO, N.C. — This year, WFMY News 2 turns 75 and we want to celebrate those of you turning 75 too!
Steve Taylor turned 75 on Sunday! His family says his 74th year was difficult because he had part of his leg amputated due to illness. But his family says this Dallas Cowboys fan wakes up every day with the absolute best attitude. His motto: Today is the GREATEST day of my life. They say he is an inspiration to all that know him.
Mary Coltrane also turned 75 on January 21st. She is a wife, mother and grandmother of three. Her daughter says she's a strong talented woman and a survivor who they all love so much!
Tom Seaver turns 75 January 26! He lives in Winston-Salem and is a huge supporter of Wake Forest sports especially field hockey. He also loves the Atlanta Braves, and his sweet beagle Snoopy.
Happy birthday Ray Lambeth. He turns 75 on January 27. Ray is a life-long Winston-Salem resident, a Wake Forest University graduate, and a proud Demon Deacon fan. Ray's first memory of WFMY News 2 was when his family bought a television in 1957! His wife says Ray considers every birthday a blessing!
If you or a loved one are turning 75 this month, or this year, let us know!
