So, July 7, 2017 Eric Chilton went to one of the top spots for ice cream in the Piedmont!
The Barbecue Center’s banana split is a throwback to its origins as an ice cream shop called the Dairy Center.
But in the winter, the demand for ice cream decreased, so the owner started smoking pork shoulders!
