GREENSBORO, N.C. — This year WFMY News 2 turned 75! So to celebrate, we're opening the WFMY News 2 vault.
September 25, 2020, six months after the country went on a full lockdown, students were back in school virtually.
But a new plan was in the works.
The Guilford County School Board approved a phased re-entry plan for all students.
The plan involved pushing back bell schedules, temperature checks at schools, and increasing buses to include for social distancing starting October 20 for 6th grade and October 26 for 7th and 8th grade.
